Welcome to the 2026 Family Application for The Sharing Foundation's holiday program. If your family is approved for this program, each of your children age 14 or under as of 12/25/2026 will receive several presents. We do not provide any clothing, shoes, electronics or food assistance.

Our program is for working families that need a little assistance providing holiday presents for their children. If you are approved, we will register with Social Services to let them know that we are providing holiday presents for your family this year and you will not be eligible to request presents from other charities in the county.

We only accept applications from families referred by our school counselors. Please do not share this application link with others because we will not be able to accept their applications. All presents will need to be picked up by the family. If you will not be able to pick-up, please do not apply.

Please confirm that the following information is correct before continuing. We will use the email information shown here to contact you to let you know if your family has been approved. We will try to let you know if you are approved within 10 days of your application. If you are approved, we will send you an email with instructions on how to fill out the wish lists for each of your children.

Please complete all information on this form. Incomplete or incorrect information may disqualify you from participating in our program.

No proporcionamos ropa, zapatos, electrónica o asistencia alimentaria.
